		<description>I agree and can&#039;t wait for to see the combined company strengths. My only regret is that it will likely take 6 months for the products/marketing/sales to catch up to the vision.  I think all the parts are there so it will be exciting to see the end result.

		<description>The desire of webMethods customers to have the stability on Software AG is not surprising! The webMethods management team was a bunch of folks who had long ago lost interest in aggressively running the company on behalf of the shareholders. There are few better examples than the VPs of marketing and engineering. They were promoted *way* beyond their competence for reasons best left unwritten.
For webMethods customers, having grown-ups at the helm (as soon as webMethods ex-CEO is gone) has got to be tremendously reassuring.
